What you will do?

Lead and develop a team of project managers and customer service specialists.

Set up internal processes and continuously optimize project execution.

Coordinate planning, priorities, and team capacity.

Ensure effective project management from order acceptance to customer delivery.

Oversee technical project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with sales teams on customer-specific requirements.

Actively communicate with customers and resolve operational or technical issues.

Manage and coordinate the customer service team, ensuring high-quality support, handling complaints, and service requests.

Report to company management on project status, team performance, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Experience in team leadership and project management.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

Technical knowledge.

Good level of English
