Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Creative Designer to
lead major design initiatives and elevate our brand through compelling
visual storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong
design portfolio, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate
business strategy into impactful design solutions.

 

Responsibilities

• Own and execute medium to large-sized design projects from concept to delivery
• Translate strategic objectives into creative concepts that resonate with target audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Improve design processes and contribute to the evolution of design systems and brand guidelines
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviews
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation

Qualifications
 Required:

• 5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling and brand design across digital and print
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Desired:

• Marketing experience and/or a previous role in a digital media company a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design or Film preferred

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is:

$73,700.00 - $121,600.00
