Job Description
Be Bold@Roland Berger is a special program designed for incoming MBA students of Black, Latinx/Hispanic, Indigenous, and Native American backgrounds and aims to offer them a real-life consulting experience.
Participants to this program will be able to work with Roland Berger to learn about consulting & our company, develop their business and interviewing skillsets, network with other consultants, and gain mentorship with consulting professionals.
For this first edition, the program will be held virtually and will run from June 14 to June 30 2023.
Contents of the program
- Presentation of Roland Berger, our DEI initiatives and how you can be involved
- Workshops on consulting projects and case preparation
- Mentorship incl. career coaching, business skills, interview preparation, etc.
- Networking opportunities with other pre-MBA participants, Roland Berger Consultants and Senior leaders.

All participants to our program are guaranteed a first-round interview to our competitive internship program (Summer 2024).
Qualifications
Applicants should have been admitted to a full-time MBA program in the US with an anticipated graduation date of 2025.
