Imaging Assistant | MRI

The Imaging Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the MRI department's technical staff and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This position involves assisting patients in dressing rooms, aiding technical staff with specialized studies, answering telephones, and helping with patient scheduling. The Imaging Assistant will also escort patients to various areas within the hospital and clinics, manage patient documents, and handle or transport medications, including contrast. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the role requires direct interaction with patients and staff. 

Schedule:

• Casual | Every 4th weekend and 1-2 shifts per week
• Day and Evening Shifts | Every 4th Friday 4 p.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Pay and Benefits:

• $16.81 or more per hour, exact wage determined by years of related experiences
  • Pay range: $14.75 - $22.13 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent 
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
