How you will shape Prophero:

• Overseeing renovation projects with a detail-oriented approach.
• Coordinating contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Monitoring construction sites to guarantee compliance with guidelines and project timelines.
• Managing budgets to ensure cost-effective renovations with a strong return on investment.
• Conducting technical evaluations of properties and providing expert insights.
• Preparing and reviewing plans, estimates, and scopes of work.
• Handling permit applications and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supporting the supply team with insights on large-scale remodeling projects.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in construction project management within real estate.
• Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field (preferred).
• General Skills: 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on project execution.
  • Results-driven and capable of managing multiple operations simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
• Tools: 
  • Expertise in AutoCAD or similar design programs.
  • Proficiency in budgeting tools and project management software.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Slides and Canva.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
