Registered Nurse Field Supervisor

We are NOW HIRING for Registered Nurses for Start-of-Care Field Visits and follow up visits all over the Bronx, Northern Manhattan and Lower Westchester!

The RN would assess patients' needs and develop the Plan of Care and complete the follow up visits if required for an RN. You may also be supervising a Home Health Aide.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of bedside RN experience

• Homecare experience preferred

• AlayaCare experience preferred

• Start of Care experience preferred
   

Requirements:

• NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration

• BLS from American Heart Association

• Physical, QuantiFERON within a year

• MMR Titers within 5 years

• NPI #

• Malpractice insurance

Pay range: $60-$150 per visit
