Admission Processing Data Support (Temporary - Summer)

Duties of Position:
- Managing and updating applicant data using multiple internal systems and databases.
- Managing the sorting, distribution, and handling of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Performing data validation and ensuring accuracy of records.
- Scanning, reviewing, and verifying documents, and accurately indexing records within internal systems to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
- Supporting ongoing process improvements and contributing to the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements related to transcript and document processing, as applicable.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
- Enjoy working with people and building strong relationships easily.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Work is primarily indoor and sedentary in nature.
Equipment/Tools Used: Utilizes standard office equipment, including computers, in order to perform the duties of the job.
Schedule Information: This is a temporary, contingent (part-time) position with employment beginning Summer 2026 and ending no later than August 14, 2026.
The Admissions Processing Office summer hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Candidates must be available to work within this schedule to be considered for employment.
Additional hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, may be required based on operational needs, particularly during peak periods leading up to and at the start of the term.
Hours Per Week: Work hours may vary week to week, with additional hours -including occasional evenings or weekends- required during peak processing periods.

Education Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent with minimum keyboarding skills of 45-wpm.
Experience Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Experience handling sensitive student and departmental information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience working with college systems or similar databases preferred.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
