Position Overview

This role offers invaluable hands-on experience in Public Child Welfare, with responsibilities that include:

• Engaging in Placement, Protective Services, and Intake functions
• Interviewing clients and preparing Family Service Plans and Amendments
• Writing letters and participating in Judicial proceedings
• Conducting telephone contacts and preparing case file documentation
• Attending planning meetings, training sessions, and supervisory conferences

Close supervision by experienced staff will ensure that you gain comprehensive skills and knowledge in this field.
