About the role
We are looking for a Data Product Manager (contract) to own the core data services and infrastructure that power ShipStation Intelligence. This is a high-impact role focused on building a scalable and performant data platform that enables us to deliver critical insights to merchants. You will own the technical roadmap for our data ingestion pipelines, processing engines, and analytics APIs, which serve as the foundation for all reporting dashboards and data-driven features.
As the key technical liaison, you will be deeply embedded with your partners in Data Engineering, Platform Architecture, and Data Science to translate complex technical challenges into a clear, actionable roadmap. This role requires a passion for building powerful platforms, a command of system and data architecture, and the ability to balance the long-term technical vision with a fast-paced execution environment.
This position is a preferred hybrid in Austin, TX (3 days per week in the office), but we will consider remote.
