Job Description:

This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.

This position will report to the Business Digital Associate tools Executive who oversees the development of new digital functionality for Small Business, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking and Global Corporate and Investment Banking.  This role will be responsible for developing and improving the digital tools that we offer our associates to better manage their business.  This role requires the candidate to work closely with key stakeholders (e.g., segment, product, marketing, analytics, legal, other lines of business) as well as the ability to work with existing vendors/partners and establish new relationships with 3rd parties to provide the capabilities that our associates need.  Requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage a broad set of large, impactful initiatives in various stages of development with a diverse group of stakeholders.  

Responsibilities:

  • Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
  • Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
  • Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
  • Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
  • Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
  • Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
  • Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of leadership experience contributing to large strategic initiatives within a financial services organization
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to be able to evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, quantify benefits, and evaluate performance.
  • Ability to translate strategy into design options to test and refine concepts. Strong collaboration skills needed to effectively syndicate ideas in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including ability to prepare executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Understanding of business banking and/or retail banking
  • Ability to work in a team environment with partners in multi
