The Opportunity: AC Field Supervisor

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated AC Field Supervisor to lead our HVAC installation teams in the field. This role plays a critical part in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in residential new construction (RNC) projects. If you’re experienced in rough-ins, trims, and HVAC codes—and ready to lead a high-performing team—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support HVAC installation teams in the field

• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead front-line employees

• Oversee team schedules and job site progress

• Conduct performance evaluations and administer disciplinary actions when needed

• Ensure project quality by inspecting work and identifying/correcting inefficiencies

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate project planning and budgeting

• Drive accountability for job site safety and high installation standards

• Perform HVAC diagnostics, unit start-ups, and basic troubleshooting as needed

• Use job site software, mobile tools, and tablets to manage team progress and workflow

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in residential new construction HVAC installations (rough-ins and trims)

• Familiarity with Georgia HVAC codes and regulations

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

• Skilled in system diagnostics, unit start-ups, and troubleshooting

• EPA Certification required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple job sites and leading field teams

• Tech-savvy with the ability to use tablets and field management software

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor, and physically demanding environment

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Technical training or certification in HVAC preferred

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience required

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in the field preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work year-round in outdoor and indoor job site conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders

• Visual acuity for inspecting HVAC installations and components
