Experienced IT Auditor / Engagement Manager

Deloitte’s IT, Data &amp; Analytics (IDA) team is currently looking for an Engagement Manager in IT Audit and Controls Assurance, who thrive in a dynamic and engaging environment. <br/>  <br/> <strong>Who are we?</strong> </p><p>You will join Deloitte Audit &amp; Assurance as a member of our IT, Data &amp; Analytics (IDA) team. We help clients transform the ways in which they leverage people, technology, processes, and controls to address their financial and operational risks and drive performance within their business operations. IT audit work can include assignments relating to the provision of assurance or advice.</p><p>IT audit typically evaluates and reports on the procedures and control environment surrounding an organization’s IT systems, aiming to improve the risk management. We do so in the following ways: </p><ul><li>We identify risks and weaknesses, thus enabling the development of solutions for introducing controls over processes supported by IT. </li><li>We audit and advise on general IT controls and automated application controls within the area of ​IT audit and support financial auditing tasks. </li><li>We provide clients with assurance reports on several topics, including general IT controls in an outsourcing environment as well as application and process controls.</li><li>We support clients in compliance with IT and cyber regulations. </li><li>We work across functions within Deloitte locally and globally to provide our clients with the right set of skills. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we expect that you:</strong> </p><ul><li>Have graduated in a relevant study field (e.g., audit, risk management, business, IT, accounting) </li><li>Have 3-5 years of full-time professional work experience, preferably with auditing information technology systems or any related field (General IT controls, internal controls, IT management &amp; administration) gained from another consulting firm or large organization (private or public) </li><li>Have knowledge of third-party assurance standards such as SOC 1/2/3, ISAE 3402, and ISAE 3000, as well as knowledge of some of the relevant regulatory and IT standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., DORA, NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR, COBIT, NIST). </li><li>Strong project management and coordinating skills, including the skill to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, manage teams effectively, and deliver engagements on time and in compliance with the budget.</li><li>Have knowledge to identify and assess IT risks and controls to relate them to business processes and to express opinions in a clear manner. </li><li>Have solid teamwork skill and enthusiastic attitude to work with others, both with colleagues and clients  </li><li>Are proficient in written and spoken English and have the right to live and work in Finland.
