Define the end-to-end dock service experience from issue detection and remote diagnosis through dispatch, parts, repair, verification, and closure, with a focus on reducing mean time to repair and repeat visits.
Drive feature definition and prioritization in close collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Prototype and validate intuitive workflows that abstract away complexity for our customers.
Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand core business problems to develop and iterate user personas and their use case-specific requirements.
Communicate plans and progress clearly across stakeholders; follow through to launch and adoption.
Collaborate with marketing, support, and customer success to deliver impactful product releases.
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
6+ years defining and delivering market-leading software products, including experience leading the development of software for fleet, logistics, mobility, or other operationally complex environments.
