Robert Bosch Fuel Systems, LLC, located in Kentwood, MI, is a precision metal machining manufacturing plant that manufactures and re-manufacturers large engine diesel fuel systems.

Job Description

• 2nd shift Supervision of unionized production employees (2:30pm-10:30pm)
• Scheduling production activities and personnel to meet customer requirements
• Coordination and tracking of inventory
• Coordination of training and development of employees
• Support lean manufacturing concepts (i.e. 5S, FIFO, Kanban, CIP, BPS initiatives, etc)
• Maintaining standards for Health/Safety, Quality, and general housekeeping

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervision of hourly production employees
• Inventory management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelors Degree in Business or other related field
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams
