Our consulting expert team focuses on:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>IT regulatory trend radar and regulatory impact and fit-gap evaluation</li> <li>IT governance framework and internal control system maturity assessment</li> <li>Operationalization of regulatory requirements in accordance with existing IT governance and security processes/controls</li> <li>IT compliance review to prepare our clients for audits within all IT domains including postaudit remediation activities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Key responsibilities / You will get to:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>    Act as a trusted advisor and support the Allianz organizational entities to efficiently implement regulatory requirements and enable them to lead their journey towards digital resilience effectively</li> <li>    Analyze our client’s IT governance frameworks and IT control systems, proactively identify deficiencies, and develop holistic mitigation plans in alignment with affected stakeholders to prevent potential audit findings and foster digital resilience processes</li> <li>    Identify and analyze IT regulatory and IT compliance trends and requirements. Assess their impact and develop effective solutions for implementation on procedural and operational level</li> <li>Work in a team with Allianz Consulting experts who will support you in realizing your full potential</li> <li>Contribute to pitches under the guidance of your experienced team members</li> <li>Get involved in various Allianz Consulting initiatives, such as social projects, processes improvement, research, trainings, among others</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Key requirements / What we hope you bring: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>University degree in computer science, business / economics, accounting, legal with focus on technology.</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the areas of IT resilience, IT governance, IT regulatory and/or information security in a line function or consulting role.</li> <li>Desire to learn fast and motivation to constantly develop</li> <li>Proactive and entrepreneurial mind set</li> <li>Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure</li> <li>Pronounced ability to adapt and act as a responsible, solution-oriented team player</li> <li>Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with conceptual and implementation experience</li> <li>High level of consulting and project management skills</li> <li>Very good understanding of digital business processes and complex stakeholder environment</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken</li> <li>Your excellent command of German language that you will use when working with our German clients</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Desired requirements:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience and knowledge of financial, insurance business and technology related regulation such as VAIT/DORA</li> <li>Experience in at least one of the following areas: Process design, Information Security, Cyber Risk, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, IT-Operations, Continuity Management, Operational Resilience,</li> <li>International work experience</li> <li>Desired but not mandatory: Qualifications in risk management or internal control systems (ICS) (e.g., CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CET).</li> <li>Knowledge of industry standards or best practices e.g. SDLC, COBIT, COSO 2013, ITIL, ISO 22316:2017, ISO 22301:2019, C5</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you already have international experience, and speak German , we would love to hear more!</p> <p>Did we spark your interest?
