Our Operation Systems and Standards (OSS) team plays an integral part in allowing the organization to achieve the Smart factory via the digital transformation approach.
This requires a highly skilled candidate who moves fast, has an entrepreneurial spirit to create new solutions, explore current state solutions to identify improvement opportunities with a passion to get things done, will thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change, and can break down and solving complex problems.
You will get to partner cross-functionally across all organizations and each complex manufacturing processes that create the most accurate CGM on the market. You will have the ability to help design, analyze and improve our production systems to help achieve world class manufacturing. Where you come in:
You will be the business lead and system owner for the Maximo Asset Management system, you will engage with the engineering, operations, quality, and IT departments to establish new workflows and manage process improvement projects.
You design best in class smart, scalable and sustainable solutions to drive efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
You will be involved in setting up system integrations between Maximo, OpCenter, Oracle EBS and other systems to drive an integrated digital roadmap.
You will be involved in system upgrades, validation, and project management with cross-functional team.
You will set the tone for modernization of asset management to achieve predictive maintenance model.
You will be leading governance model and steering committee for global sites alignment on Maximo asset management applications.
What makes you successful:
You bring hands on experience with Maximo or other asset management system deployment in life science environment.
Your objective is to develop the best-in-class asset management system possible so that predictive manufacturing based on integration models can be implemented.
Your ability to comprehend business needs and carry such projects through to completion.
You are a go-getter who values inclusivity and teamwork.
You bring the ability to simplify the complex and be able to communicate effectively with customer buy in.
Must have – Asset Management system experience, Manufacturing and Quality experience, Project Management, System Integration experience.
Nice to have – ISO 55001 certification experience.
