Job Description:

Job Summary

To perform cashiering functions within the University Bookstore. To include operation of Point-Of-Sale Cash Register, preparing monies for bank deposit, and maintaining records of cashiering operation.

Authority and Accountability

Reports to Theresa Haggerty, Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1 Year Cashier Experience
• Knowledge of POS Systems, Computers and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of  POS Systems/Computerized Cash Registers

Additional Job Information:

The position is a part-time, non-exempt Contingent I role.
