Our team aims to leave a legacy in an investment management industry primed for change.</p> <p>You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead your teams to be at the forefront of AI-driven engineering, using AI tools and automation to measurably improve productivity, quality, and outcomes while setting and scaling best practices across Portfolio Accounting and adjacent teams.</li> <li>Contribute strategic business insight, design skills, and best practices to a team where engineering collaborates closely with strategy, product, design, and quality engineering, connecting the team’s work directly to Ridgeline’s customer and business outcomes.</li> <li>Be involved in the entire software development process, from requirement gathering and design reviews through the implementation of new product features, ensuring the team is focused on the highest-impact work and delivering on time with high quality.</li> <li>Promote a fast paced environment through continuous improvement, agile, and kanban development methodologies, proactively removing roadblocks and evolving processes so multiple teams can deliver effectively.</li> <li>Regularly contribute to our codebase and actively participate in reviews for the team’s technical designs and code, setting high technical standards and guiding architectural decisions for Portfolio Accounting.</li> <li>Help engineers develop new skills and advance their career through coaching, with a particular focus on growing senior ICs and emerging leaders.</li> <li>Engage in performance conversations and help align business objectives and career goals, using clear expectations, data, and feedback to recognize high performance and address performance gaps.</li> <li>Coach, mentor, and inspire teams of engineers that are responsible for delivering high performing, secure enterprise applications, designing team str
