We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality initiatives across Automation of test activities, QSR, Retail, and Digital domains. Brings deep Agile/Scrum expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced environments. Adept at defining test strategies, driving quality through automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
Your role
- Worked across QSR, Retail, and Digital sectors, effectively managing integrated programs in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Employed tools like JIRA and Confluence to monitor progress, maintain transparency, and enhance execution efficiency.
- Successfully delivered complex, high-quality initiatives by leading end-to-end project and test management with a focus on timeliness and outcomes.
- Leveraged Agile/Scrum practices to enable structured, iterative delivery and foster continuous improvement.
- Exhibited strong leadership by driving urgency, strategic direction, and proactive issue resolution.
- Oversaw multiple parallel initiatives, effectively prioritizing workloads and aligning team efforts with business goals.
- Designed and implemented robust test strategies, incorporating automation and industry best practices to ensure quality.
Your skills and experience
- 3 years experience as Quality Assurance and Test Engineer.
- Expertise in defining test strategies, delivery models, and implementing automation to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Proficient in collaboration with COEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence for effective execution.
- Extensive experience in project and test management, consistently delivering complex, high-quality initiatives with strong governance and execution discipline.
- Proven expertise across QSR, Retail, and Digital domains, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly integrated environments.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, enabling iterative delivery, continuous feedback, and improved team performance.
- Demonstrated leadership with a focus on strategic planning, urgency, and effective problem-solving to drive outcomes.
- Skilled in managing multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing competing demands while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Deep understanding of customer technology landscapes, system integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 - $174,000
