SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Strategic Planning Senior Principal to drive critical workstreams and thought leadership for a multi-year Pharmacy Benefits Services (PBS) model transformation. This high-impact role is designed for a visionary leader who excels at driving organizational change, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering results in complex environments. The Strategic Planning Senior Principal will be responsible for shaping strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring that transformation objectives are met on time and within scope.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Influence Transformation Workstreams: Contextualize data and other highly complex supply chain information via transformation architecture. Oversee multiple strategic workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals. Individually own several workstreams.
Team mentorship: help support transformation project managers in highly complex environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Influencing high performing employees who do not report directly to you.
Strategic Planning: Develop and refine long-term strategies, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators to measure progress.
Stakeholder Engagement: Own Governance process (weekly Core Asset Box Report, executive summaries, etc.) management Collaborate with senior leaders, functional teams, and external partners to drive buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
Change Management: Champion change management efforts, including communication planning, training, and stakeholder readiness.
Performance Tracking: Monitor workstream progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree in business, strategy, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in strategic planning, management consulting, or transformation leadership roles.
Leadership: Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year transformation projects.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to influence and drive changes across diverse stakeholder groups
Expertise: Strong understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and project management methodologies.
