About the Role:
Pull, stage, and create job folders for all jobs that are scheduled for the next day and will route all materials and paperwork tot he proper job
Communicate and solve product issues with the Operations Manager daily to maintain efficiency within the department
Oversee receiving of all materials per SOP and training so that all necessary materials are available for Installers and Field Supervisors
Submit all packing slips and P.O.s to Accounting per SOP and training so that Accounting can account for the expenditures
Oversee end-of-month inventory and conduct all counts to keep all materials at appropriate count levels
Build and maintain displays, unload and unpack shipments, pick up supplies, perform needed repairs, and all necessary work in the warehouse
Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Forklift experience required
Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials - a plus
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency - preferred
Criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required
