About the Role:

• Pull, stage, and create job folders for all jobs that are scheduled for the next day and will route all materials and paperwork tot he proper job

• Communicate and solve product issues with the Operations Manager daily to maintain efficiency within the department

• Oversee receiving of all materials per SOP and training so that all necessary materials are available for Installers and Field Supervisors

• Submit all packing slips and P.O.s to Accounting per SOP and training so that Accounting can account for the expenditures

• Oversee end-of-month inventory and conduct all counts to keep all materials at appropriate count levels

• Build and maintain displays, unload and unpack shipments, pick up supplies, perform needed repairs, and all necessary work in the warehouse

• Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Forklift experience required

• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials - a plus

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency - preferred

Criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required
