To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a driven Regional Director Attica (m/f/d), who will play a pivotal role in leading our operations in Greece. You will take care of one of our hubs in Athens and the region of Attica.
This role encompasses strategic oversight, performance management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will
- Lead the commercial operations of one of our eye clinics including satellite centers within Athens and build up strategic partnerships eventually in the region of Attica, ensuring adherence to Sanoptis' policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide regular comprehensive reports to the Heads of Country. Share insights on clinic performance, achievements, challenges faced, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly connect to lead physicians to discuss current performance, potential pain points, and doctor succession related aspects (e.g., equity participation). Foster and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, facilitating their career progression, and identifying opportunities for professional success.
- Lead and develop your local teams to create a dynamic and inspiring work environment where talent is nurtured and driven to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, patient satisfaction levels, and financial indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Formulate regional strategic plans in alignment with Sanoptis' overarching goals. Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives for individual clinics, consistently assessing progress and making necessary adaptations.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities within the region, including the establishment of local add-on practices.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to amplify patient volume and expand market share, working in close coordination with Sanoptis Greece and the group marketing team.
- Monitor the financial performance of clinics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Collaborate with country finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures.
You will be successful if you have
- Several years of experience in a management position in the healthcare sector, ideally in the field of ophthalmology and clinic management or operations management.
- Degree in business administration, healthcare management or a comparable qualification.
- Sound knowledge of process optimization and patient management.
- Ability to manage challenges in a dynamic and fast-growing environment paired with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach. Reliable, careful and precise way of working, ability to work under pressure in stressful situations.
