Job Description
This position is responsible for managing Government Orders and being the customer facing CSR for orders and to manage timely and cost-effective scheduling and delivery of finished products to the customer. Assist with all Purchasing and scheduling functions as needed to meet production requirements. Key member of the Sales, Inventory, and Operational Planning (SIOP) process team, helping to balance current and forecasted customer requirements and plant production schedules.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- A.Process Quotes for Government hoses, work as liaison between customers and the plant to ensure timely delivery of Orders and attend to all Government customer request.
B. Analyzes data, including enterprise requirements planning (ERP) information and prepares reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure optimal supply chain execution.
C.Reviews planning parameters in order execution systems (such as MFGPro and SAP)
D. Identifies opportunities by reviewing all customer needs and drive for results from the plant to meet those customer needs assist with options in order to meet and/or exceed the cost reduction initiatives.
E.Provides support as an internal auditor and advisor to MESH and ISO 140001 initiatives in order to optimize the quality and environmental management of raw materials while maintaining ongoing certification objectives for SCM.
F.Provides input for annual cost out projects and maintains database.
G. Actively support and participate on cross-functional teams by providing data, research assistance, and cost analysis in order to meet team objectives.
H. Manages Assembly Area for scheduling and inventory.
I. Assist in developing and maintain accurate work center schedules that efficiently utilize resources within Capacity Planning while meeting the ERP system requirements. Evaluate capacity, demand and material availability to ensure effective supply and demand balance.
J. Consult with Demand Planning on future Marketing Forecasts and how to accomplish sales goals.
K. Work effectively with customers to clarify requirements and negotiate solutions when constraints exist.
L. Perform Problem solving and cross-functional skills. Promotes and champion changes.

Required (basic) qualifications
•Minimum of two years supply chain experience or Equivalent work Experience.
•This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred qualifications
•Four years of supply chain experience
•Two years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
