OTM Principal, Business Analysis and Integration

Compensation range for this role is: $115,000 - $130,000.

As a Principal, Business Analysis and Integration at RXO, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system for new and converting clients.

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Analyze, document, configure, test, train, and deploy complex solutions in our TMS for new and converting clients
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, business development, IT and QA teams to develop solutions and standards for complex and critical assignments

 

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 5 years of cross functional business experience including business analysis, transportation, logistics and/or supply chain solutions
• Hands on TMS configuration and solution implementations experience
• Proven ability to learn and understand a full suite of technical solutions and make recommendations to internal and external customers based on business needs
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and documentation, solution design, and GAP analysis
• Ability to employ 5 Why Analysis technique and have demonstrated critical thinking skills

 

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations or Management Information Systems
• Proven ability to write and execute test scripts
• Experience in leading TMS training for operational users
• Must be able to manage multiple simultaneous complex clients and initiatives
• Must be a self-starter and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel 40% of the time in support of requirements gathering, system training, and solution deployment

• Hands on OTM Cloud or On-Premise configuration experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
