Partner Operations Senior Engineer

<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>Location: In office, San Francisco (HQ)</p> <p>Experience: 6-9 years<br>Reports To: Director of SI Partner Solutions<br>Focus: Own infrastructure, pipelines, and production apps supporting our partner ecosystem&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a Partner Operations Senior Engineer to join our fast-growing Partnerships Team, with a shared mission to transform partner data into purpose-built applications and operational workflows that drive measurable business outcomes.</p> <p>If you love sitting at the intersection of data engineering and product thinking, where the models you build power the applications your colleagues rely on every day, then this role was designed for you. You will architect and own the data infrastructure, applications, and operational systems that are at the center of how we understand, grow, and operate our partner business.</p> <p>At Sigma, we drink our own champagne. You will be Customer Zero using our own platform to push it to its limits, feeding real-world insights directly to Engineering and Product, and setting a high bar for production-grade AI Apps built on our platform.</p> <p>This role is based out of our HQ in San Francisco.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Core Data Platform</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the central data infrastructure underpinning all partner team assets: custom-enriched datasets, deduplication and mapping tables, and upstream change maintenance</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain the data foundation that everything else depends on: portal, applications, reporting, and the semantic layer</p> </li> <li> <p>Stage and integrate new data sources as partner motions expand, including event and webhook pipelines flowing into Snowflake and the Partner Data Platform</p> </li> <li> <p>Own certification data ingestion via API and maintain data quality for tier and program reporting</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Domain Data Architecture</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Build a dedicated data foundation for the SI partner segment: multi-domain entities, acquisitions, tiering logic, and RLS</p> </li> <li> <p>Create centralized SI partner objects with unified mappings across regions, partner managers, domains, tier thresholds, and snapshotting</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Engineering</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the Partner Portal end-to-end: architecture, feature development, data modeling, and iteration, including a dedicated dbt project and Git-based model versioning</
