The Basis Administrator establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead efforts to troubleshoot and/or resolve software, operating system, and networking problems</li> <li>Schedule, perform, and/or monitor system backups and/or, when necessary, perform data recoveries</li> <li>Provide day-to-day technical support for all program applications</li> <li>Budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning</li> <li>Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members</li> <li>Support SAP HANA database administration, optimization, and performance tuning</li> <li>Support cutover and deployment activities</li> <li>Author technical architecture, design, and operations documentations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years SAP Basis and SAP HANA database administration experience</li> <li>Experience in SAP HANA database administration for S/4HANA</li> <li>CompTIA Security+ certification</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Aerospace &amp; Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)</li> <
