E2E Planning Visibility Senior Manager
The Global End to End Supply Chain Planning & Visibility Sr. Manager will drive the identification, selection and implementation of E2E Digital solutions (from materials planning to our production consumption) that will enable best in class SC Planning process and analytics in conjunction with Divisional E2E SC Planning teams, GIT, Systems Integration and other relevant SC areas as well with external Consultants and Technology Partners. This position will ensure smooth implementation of the digital planning solutions identified, leading change management, documenting each Digital Solution deliverables and develop train materials for use in educating division team members.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, project management and implementation of End to End planning Digital Solutions that will enable best in class planning processes (from Materials Planning to Product Consumption in conjunction with Division Supply Chain, GIT, System Integration and other SC areas
  • Ensure the implementation of the identified Digital E2E Planning Solutions will deliver expected results according to each project capability definition by tracking agreed KPIs and deliverables
  • Will Participate and contribute in the planning process design, insights, analytics, SC modeling and reporting processes led by other Supply Chain E2E Planning Leaders to improve SC Planning visibility and agile decision making.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and transitions to the new identified E2E Planning Digital engaging with Divisional E2E SC Teams, GIT, Systems Integrations and Global Planning applying required change management resources across functions and divisions.
  • Lead cross functional project team members to ensure delivery of project milestones and achieve expected objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for use in educating division team members. Identify right mechanisms to track with Divisional teams maximum utilization, continuous improvement and best practice application of Digital Solutions and knowledge sustainability
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise to support Divisional escalation and troubleshooting of System Issues, Process Opportunities
  • Work in project status, presentations to E2E GSC, Divisional teams and other relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to Global SC Planning Budget, MYR preparations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years Supply Chain related
  • At least 10 years Demand & supply planning and/or production planning
  • Strong data analytics - Good understanding of current and future  “data” & “analytics” requirements.
  • Tech-savvy with a Digital Mindset 
  • Hands-on practical experience of S&OP, IBP, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning . Preferably using Kinaxis Advanced Planning System
  • Throughout understanding of Kinaxis data model, inbound/outbound data integration options and best practices.

  • Effective in working with multicultural, cross geographical and cross functional diverse teams
  • Able to lead groups through problem solving sessions and meetings, identify viable solutions, and analyze the pros and cons of each

  • Capable to drive and accelerate the change across the planning organizations and planning communities. 
  • Quick in learning and adapting into the new technology solutions.
