Compensation Data

Compensation Range: 

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Job Summary

Mid-Senior Staff Accountant to provide general accounting support ranging from general ledger, monthly close,  account analysis, account reconciliations, AP and AR backup.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly Closing - Journal Entries, uploads to OneStream, and other closing duties and required.
• General Ledger – Account & Balance Sheet Reconciliations and analysis.
• General Accounting reporting as required.
• Assist and supervise Accounts Payable as required.
• Assist and supervise Accounts Receivable as required.
• Support the Controller and Finance Director as required.
• Ad hoc analysis as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields of study
• Three (3) years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements.

 

Preferred Qualification:

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Working toward an advanced degree or certification a plus but not required.
