Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?                    

The IT Process Delivery Specialist's main responsibility is to support and assist the members of the IT Process Delivery department in the processing and handling of tasks and assignments. The department's members handle assignments and Process Ownerships in the areas of :

• IT Change Management,
• IT Operations
• IT Configurations Management

The IT Process Delivery Specialist will do rotation on all areas of the team, to obtain both general knowledge and in-debt experience. Training will be provided by current team members and team manager to ensure the tasks and assignments are understood well and can be carried out effectively once the training is completed.

 

Your future team

The IT Process Delivery department is located in Krakow, Poland, in a new business complex with state-of-the-art office equipment and meeting facilities. It currently consists of 4 employees locally and a manager, residing in the headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Our culture is characterized by collaboration internally, and with internal and external stakeholders globally. We take pride in our challenging assignments and is constantly expanding our knowledge and service to the company.

 

What you bring to the team

Qualifications:

• A higher education from University, Business School or similar, with focus on IT
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems and IT processes
• IT working experience from a similar large global company.

Personal Competences:

• Structured and self-engaging
• Team player
• Self-driven
• Can maintain the overview over many simultaneous tasks and assignments.
• Advanced communication skills in English
• Has a high focus on details
