Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Pharmacy Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills.

How you will make an impact:

• Support health plans and the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to State contracts.
• Develop compliant pharmacy benefit strategies, analyzing market trends, designing therapeutic programs, and enhancing member outcomes and quality scores.
• Consult with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region.
• Provides ongoing support to regional decision makers and support pharmacy benefit management (PBM) field sales team during request for proposal (RFP) processes.
• Assist in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Registered Pharmacist in Washington, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, or Illinois highly preferred.
• Managed care/PBM experience highly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $123,228 to $202,446.
