After this date, the role will no longer be part of IDHS and will instead operate under the newly established IDEC agency structure.

Position Overview:
The Early Intervention (EI) Clinical and Quality Manager serves as the program’s primary clinical advisor and provides full-line supervisory leadership to assigned staff. In this role, the manager oversees and guides clinical practices, ensuring that EI services align with state standards, professional requirements, and best practices. The position leads and coordinates cross-system and cross-unit quality initiatives to enhance program performance, service consistency, and overall outcomes for children and families.

Essential Functions
- Subject to management approval, serves as the Early Intervention (EI) Clinical and Quality Manager.
- Serves as the primary clinical advisor for the EI program.
- Serves as a full-line supervisor.
- Coordinates cross-system and cross-unit quality initiatives for the EI program.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to the completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in public administration, social work, human services, or a related field.
- Requires prior experience equivalent to four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in early childhood, health care, disability services, program administration, or a related role in a public o
