Job Title
People & Culture Information Systems Senior SpecialistSummary of the role:
This role will be responsible of taking the HR technology to the next step of innovation by having a full understanding of the overall People & Culture (P&C) and employee experience.
Through factual information this role would have to be on top of proposing new ways of working, identify opportunities of improvement.
Through analyticals tools and definition of KPIs this role would provide insights based on the business trends related to Headcount, diversity and overall workforce details.
Creation, management and planning of the Data quality strategy to ensure reliable and stable information is available for main stakeholders.
Creation of new business processes aligned with business strategy following the principles of simplification and harmonization. Deep understanding of Data Privacy and local regulations, to ensure compliance of our current and future HR Technologies.
Responsibilities of the role:
1. HR Information Systems
Collect, analyze and prioritize technology users requirements. Build demand business cases. Manage demand management relationship.
Drive HRIS projects in compliance with quality / cost / time objectives.
Contribute strongly to HR community around HRIS topics (KPIs, process / group tools, database world...).
Support in the define of the vision for the future HR Information System and policy development related to the Corporate HRIS strategic plan.
2.Analytics and Data Management
Lead Global analytics framework and reporting strategy.
Manage Global annual reporting, Headcount/FTE reporting and other compliance reporting.
Lead Data Quality stream, from KPIs identification, monitoring, problem solving and support.
3. Process optimization
Monitor process efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and implement best practices and propose process improvements, tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance.
Support Business Process Management (BPM) implementation.
Support HR Service Delivery process design and optimization.
The ideal candidate
Degree in engineering, business, finance, HR or similar.
3< years experience on HR technology Management and 3 years experience on project Management support.
WORKDAY (with experience in at least HCM, but preferably also in Recruiting, Learning and/or Reporting & Analytics).
Analytical mindset and strong experience with HR KPIS.
Excellent in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI and integrations logic understanding.
