The ideal candidate shall develop pre-and-post processing technologies to expand Carbon's DLS platform and Window. He/She shall drive technical and process solutions to help our customers to grow their businesses efficiently and economically, leveraging economies of scale and driving new technology adoption.&nbsp;<br><br>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Participate, maintain and improve manufacturing operations related to cleanroom processing and building of complex electromechanical assemblies from the development phase through ongoing production.</li> <li>Create and maintain WI’s, SOP’s and other relevant manufacturing documentation</li> <li>Design test fixtures and tooling for manufacturing and testing optimization.</li> <li>Participate in new process/product development activities &amp; drive collaboration across cross functional teams (Design, Systems, Production, Quality, Supply Chain)</li> <li>Train technicians and engineers (in-house and at CM sites) in new and existing processes.</li> <li>Organize manufacturing workflows and ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.</li> </ul> <p><br>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.&nbsp;</li> <li>8+ years of work experience in manufacturing environments (not including internships) with demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment and adjust/manage workload based upon changing priorities.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability using CAD tools to design fixtures/tools.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability resolving production line down issues and non-conformances using standard root cause analysis techniques.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to use statistical tools in data analysis and problem solving</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> <p><em>You do not need to match every list
