Recognized as a market pioneer and leader, OneTrust boasts over 300 patents and serves more than 14,000 customers globally, ranging from industry giants to small businesses.</span></p><h3></h3> <h3></h3> <h3><strong>The Challenge</strong>  </h3> <p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will drive process transformation and optimization within our Salesforce ecosystem.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Sales &amp; Service Cloud expert with a strong track record in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to support our growth.</p> <h3><strong>The Mission</strong></h3> <p><strong>End-to-End Salesforce Process Design</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Gather and analyze business requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create architectural diagrams, process flows, and documentation.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Guide development teams to align with architecture standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead tool and third-party app evaluations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee technical specs and ensure design quality.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Salesforce Configuration &amp; Customization</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Configure/customize objects, flows, Apex, Lightning, and more.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply expertise in Territory Management, Lead Routing, Omnichannel, Certinia, Gainsight, etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Offer creative solutions to complex challenges.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Integration &amp; Data Management</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Architect integrations with external systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead accurate, consistent data migrations.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify and resolve performance/scalability issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage system performance and cross-platform dependencies.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Solution Governance &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead architecture reviews and enforce governance.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Work with Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and more.</p> </li> <li> <p>Present solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive forward-thinking technical strategy.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Mentorship &amp; Training</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Mentor junior team members.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead knowledge-sharing and best practice sessions.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Experience Includes</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.</p> </li> <li> <p>7+ Salesforce certifications (including Application &amp; System Architect, CPQ).</p> </li> <li> <p>8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.</p> </li> <li> <p>5+ years in an architect-level role.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with LeanData, ZoomInfo, D&amp;B, Reltio, Apex, Lightning, and integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Expertise in end-to-end processes (lead management, quoting, pricing, etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Extra Awesome</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Startup experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>13+ Salesforce certifications (incl.
