About the Role

As a Product Designer at Motherbrain, you will be a key driver of the design discipline within our organization and the Motherbrain platform specifically. This role is critical in shaping the platform user experience, evolving our design strategy, and ensuring that our product meets both user and business needs.

You will lead design initiatives across multiple work streams, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Success, as well as our users to create intuitive and impactful solutions.

You will also play a key role in establishing best practices, fostering a strong design culture, and pushing the boundaries of AI-powered experiences to enhance decision-making within EQT.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end design ownership: Take a holistic approach to design - driving discovery, user research, concept development, prototyping, user testing, and final UI design, ensuring a seamless transition from ideas to implementation
• Strategic impact: Shape and evolve the UX vision for Motherbrain, using data-driven insights to align design decisions with EQT’s business objectives and user needs while balancing complexity
• Communication & advocacy: Clearly articulate design rationale, challenge assumptions, and engage in productive discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive better outcomes
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and other teams to ensure user-centered design is embedded throughout the product development process
• User research & validation: Conduct and synthesize user research to uncover insights, validate design decisions, and improve the usability and impact of our solutions
• Execution & delivery: Translate complex ideas into clear design solutions, balancing speed with quality to ensure high-impact results
• AI & innovation: Drive AI integration to enhance user decision-making with intuitive and effective designs

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a strong passion for user experience and a deep understanding of how design can enhance decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to work on AI-driven products.

Required Qualifications

• Broad UX/product design experience: 5+ years or equivalent seniority in designing complex digital products/platforms, with expertise across the full design lifecycle - from research and strategy to UX/UI design and implementation
• Strong communication & stakeholder management: Ability to advocate for design decisions, facilitate discussions, and navigate differing perspectives to drive alignment
