What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvements to our existing GRC SaaS solution, LogicGate, including all processes, procedures, reporting, and metrics.
- Evaluate existing GRC processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement.
- Contribute to the curation of a comprehensive cybersecurity risk and compliance control framework and library. Understand and communicate baseline measures for control effectiveness.
- Lead and/or participate in targeted risk assessments across all business units and departments, overseeing and evaluating technology processes to ensure effective controls are in place.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to assist in the development and maintenance of all relevant policies, standards, and procedures.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate associates on newly implemented or revised policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead and/or participate in various GRC / Risk Management projects and initiatives.
- Support and develop key risk metrics for GRC / Risk Management.
- Support data compilation to respond to customer questionnaires, and other internal/external audits (e.g., PCI) Assist in customer and auditor requests for information regarding program operations.
- Conduct research and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to understand and document priorities.
What you bring to the table:
- Developer/ admin experience with GRC platforms, such as LogicGate.
- Understanding of major risk frameworks (i.e., NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced project management and documentation skills to manage multiple parallel priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possessing the ability to communicate technical issues or risks to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships collaboratively.
- Strong decision-making skills and be highly self-disciplined.
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently, creating and implementing new initiatives, and works efficiently as part of a team.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, results-driven, and rapidly changing work environment.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of knowledge and experience in curating policies, workflows, questionnaires, and processes in at least one major GRC platform.
