We're looking for a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) to lead the efforts in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity, integrity, and hard work.

Tasks

The Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) will be the cornerstone of the talent strategy, leading a team of recruitment professionals while overseeing and optimizing the entire talent acquisition process.
We need a leader who is deeply obsessed with delivering an exceptional recruitment experience, overcoming challenges, and building high-performing teams that align with the vision and values.
This individual will also be a tech-savvy leader who utilizes innovative tools and data-driven strategies to ensure that hiring practices are efficient, scalable, and impactful.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and Develop Talent Acquisition Team: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a growing recruitment team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and support to succeed. Develop team members to become experts in their own right while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
  • Deliver Exceptional Recruitment Experience: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's values. From sourcing to offer stage, focus on delivering timely, high-quality hires that drive business success.
  • Problem-Solve and Overcome Challenges: Anticipate challenges in the talent acquisition process and come up with innovative solutions. Lead with resilience and agility, ensuring meeting hiring goals even in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Lead the development of talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent, build diverse pipelines, and ensure hiring efforts are aligned with organizational goals. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of our recruiting processes and refine strategies as needed.
  • Leverage Technology: Stay at the forefront of recruitment technology and tools. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technology to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve the overall hiring process. Evaluate and integrate new tools that can enhance our recruitment efforts. And ensure that recruitment tools and systems are properly maintained, integrated, and optimized for maximum efficiency.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to build and enhance our employer brand. Ensure that the company’s values and culture are effectively promoted to attract candidates who align with the organization’s vision.
  • Drive Metrics and Performance: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team to ensure goals are met. Continuously refine processes and performance metrics based on data and results.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and an unrelenting focus on delivering results. Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability across the talent acquisition function.Talent Acquisition Operations & Vendor Management: Oversee the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function. Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with company needs and standards. Monitor and manage the talent acquisition budget to ensure cost-effective practices and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a talent acquisition leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting across a range of industries, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A deep passion for recruitment and talent management, with a laser focus on delivering results and improving processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent acquisition professionals.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using modern recruiting tools, including ATS systems
