As a Technology Consulting Manager, you will serve as the project team’s specialist for a customer's spend management project implementation. This is a unique opportunity for you, as a passionate and motivated individual, to serve as a strategic partner and spend management expert, helping clients to configure and implement their spend management technology solutions. As a Manager, your colleagues will look to you to provide continuous improvement ideas, business process improvement, and a change management focus related to consulting excellence within Huron’s Spend Management team.

Qualifications

U.S. work authorization is required
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

- A minimum of 5 years of experience with procurement, payables, and contract lifecycle management applications (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba)
- A minimum of 5 years of procurement and payables related experience, either in a consultative or substantial operational role.

-Full cycle implementation expertise

- A minimum of 4 years of experience with Spend Management, Procurement experience

- Familiarity with the Higher Education space is a plus
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- willingness and ability to travel up to 40% annually; work extended hours as necessary

**Flexible Location**

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $175,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $218,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
