We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outpatient Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to join our oncology/infusion pharmacy team. This onsite role provides clinical pharmacy services in a high-volume ambulatory oncology setting, supporting optimal medication management for patients undergoing cancer treatment. The pharmacist will collaborate closely with members of the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care.
Schedule
- Pharmacy hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Required availability: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM two to three times per week
- Hours are subject to change based on operational needs
Additional Information:
3-5 years' experience in adult outpatient oncology, infusion center workflow preferred
Board Certified in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) preferred, but not required
Pay Range:
