Who We Are
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide strategic leadership our Program Support Office (PSO) and Quality team, overseeing critical functions including Travel, External Portals, Training, Performance, and Quality/Program Excellence (PX). The ideal candidate will establish a positive organizational culture, develop team members' capabilities, maintain strong client relationships, and provide strategic vision and direction. This role requires expertise in team leadership, federal acquisition processes, and strategic planning with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration across organizational boundaries. The PM can work remotely and will be supported by a full-service Program Management Office as well as a technical and operational team of key personnel.
This role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of program excellence standards and quality initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to balance strategic leadership with practical implementation, driving continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Provide mentorship and strategic direction to the Program Support Office (PSO) and Quality team, managing Travel, External Portals, Training, Performance, and Quality/PX functions while aligning staff skills with customer requirements
- Develop and implement the group's quality strategy, program assessments, and organizational guidance
- Manage and track the execution of Program Excellence (PX) standards across all programs within the group
- Establish and update standards for managing GSA AAS Task Orders based on best practices (including migration to DTIC IAC/MAC and stand-alone contracts)
- Oversee All-Domain Operations Intranet (Internet of Information, organization, data rules, etc.)
- Develop innovative approaches to drive continuous improvements, processes, and tools for PSO, PX, and quality initiatives
- Manage the PX process, deliverables, and deliverable repository, ensuring compliance across ADO
- Create and maintain an automated Program Management Review (PMR) process and dashboard providing real-time data
- Maintain ADO CMMI certification and conduct audits as required
- Balance multiple stakeholder requirements while meeting ADO objectives and identifying new support opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
- Experience with GSA AAS Task Orders and federal acquisition processes
- Demonstrated success in implementing quality standards and process improvements
- Strong background in performance monitoring and management
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
