The Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture, leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the bank’s enterprise-wide technology architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enabling scalable, secure, and cost-efficient growth. This leader is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining architecture across applications, cloud, data, infrastructure, and security domains. The role guides the organization through technology transformation, operational excellence, and digital optimization initiatives—balancing innovation, risk management, and financial accountability.
The Senior Director will collaborate with leadership to shape multi-functional strategies and influence long-term business and technology direction, ensuring architectural decisions support the bank’s vision for growth and innovation. This role leads and develops a team of technology professionals fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The Senior Director ensures technology investments deliver maximum business value while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s business objectives, digital initiatives, and long-term growth goals.
2. Guide the organization through technology transformation, optimization, and operational excellence by developing and delivering scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.
3. Design, build, and maintain technical architecture across application, cloud, data, infrastructure, and security domains, ensuring a cohesive and integrated enterprise technology landscape.
4. Lead, provide technical leadership and develop a team of technology professionals , fostering a collaborative, innovative, and accountable culture within the technology organization.
5. Conduct and oversee cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and development plans to ensure sound architectural decisions that optimize business value and manage risk.
6. Develop and manage architectural roadmaps, frameworks, and standards to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements while supporting regulatory compliance and governance.
7. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance customer experience, employee productivity, business agility, and competitive advantage.
8. Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure technology solutions are fully utilized, maximizing features, functionality, and alignment with strategic objectives.
9. Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and financial impact of technology solutions, driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and outcomes.
10. Optimize technology financial-spend through strategic decision-making, vendor management, and financial stewardship, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering enterprise value.
11. Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training.
SECONDARY DUTIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
The position is responsible for the supervision of all office employees and is expected to provide leadership, training and support to staff members.
