Account Executive

Alchemy Worx is an award-winning, audience management agency specializing in email, SMS, and paid social marketing for clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to local market players. The Account Executive will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client accounts. This position requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our account managers, creative, analytics, strategy, and production teams to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of client work. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing processes and ensuring efficient campaign management across multiple accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Campaign Management: Efficiently manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of client campaigns.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaboration with account managers, creative teams, technical teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of work across all client deliverables.
• Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to client expectations and agency profitability.
• Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, issues, or roadblocks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
• Team Development: Support and share feedback with peers and actively solicit support and feedback in return to create a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in an account executive or client-facing role within an agency or a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
