Outreach Specialist (Brand Partnerships)

This is a remote position.

• Conduct outreach through email and social media platforms (primarily Instagram)
  
• Research and scrape contact information using tools like RocketReach
  
• Send initial outreach emails to potential brand partners and sponsors
  
• Make first contact with prospects to initiate partnership conversations
  
• Follow established processes and templates for outreach campaigns
  
• Manage high-volume outreach efforts as part of a numbers-driven approach
  
• Participate in training and onboarding to learn company-specific processes
  

Scope

• Focus exclusively on first contact and initial outreach (not closing deals)
  
• Use company-provided contact lists and email scraping tools
  
• Concentrate on brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities (not recruitment)
  
• Report directly to the Director of Partnerships
  
• Participate in video calls and direct communication with management team
  
• With performance-based bonuses
  

Requirements

• Experience in outreach and lead generation
  
• Familiarity with email scraping tools and research methodologies
  
• Strong written communication skills for email outreach
  
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes
  
• Experience with social media outreach, particularly Instagram
  
• Comfortable with high-volume, numbers-driven work approach
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific training
