Purpose
Provide part-time front desk support to the Economics Department.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Making photocopies
- Assisting with department events
- Maintaining departmental cleanliness
- Running errands
- Receiving mail, packages, and other deliveries
- Overseeing inventory of supplies
- Proctoring make-up exams
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Federal Work-Study Award.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work experience in a customer service or office environment.
Hourly Rate
$12.50
Working Conditions
Office environment. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Shift
M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional Saturday events.
