A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Supports go-to-market launch tactics for various marketing initiatives.
  • Primarily focused on our marketing automation strategy and build
• Maintains and updates marketing communications calendar and any supporting slides.
• Analyze all automated customer communications to propose solutions to reduce redundancies
• Website task management and marketing support as needed.
• Assist in the creation, development, and implementation of a customer survey to improve customer conversions.
• Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned and works cross functionally with several teams.

YOU’RE AWESOME AT:

1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Prior experience working with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

2. Minimum certifications/educational level:

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.

3. Minimum experience:

• 6 months of previous marketing support experience preferred.
• Experience with email, website, or digital marketing preferred.

COMPENSATION:

The starting base pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market.

**This is a temporary position. As a temporary employee you will be employed through a staff agency partner. Benefits during your temporary assignment may be provided by the staffing agency. Access to Tandem sponsored benefits is contingent upon conversion from temporary to regular full-time status.  Conversion is determined based upon business need and job performance.
