We encourage women, men, and individuals of all backgrounds to apply and join our team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In this role, you can impact our organization meaningfully while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>In <strong>2024</strong> YOU will participate on the following initiatives:</p><ul><li>Build and setup federalised identity – enable multiple daughter companies to share customer base</li><li>Work on a solution that doesn’t end with CIAM but also manages entities, users and assets</li><li>Integrate customers from newly acquired companies</li><li>Migrate existing customer base to new system that will be designed and built with your help</li><li>Streamline the authentication and access management and reducing friction in the customer journey</li><li>Strengthen CIAM infrastructure components to be as stable and reliable as possible.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong experience in Java development and a solid understanding of Java-based CIAM solutions.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and developing Java-based applications.</li><li>Ability to drive and deliver initiatives by your own where you can always lean on teams support.</li><li>Strong understanding of CIAM protocols and technologies, such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.</li><li>Proficiency in English (both written and oral).</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.</li><li>Understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>WHY JOIN US?</strong></p><p>At Eurowag Group, we value our employees' well-being and professional growth.</p><p>EW is diverse, disruptive and still evolving; we choose newcomers not only by skill but also by whether they can be real colleagues through shared values.
