Our R&amp;D pipeline demands a new kind of supply chain, and we need the very best minds and capability to help us on our journey to make more complex products, harnessing the power of smart manufacturing technologies including robotics, digital solutions and artificial intelligence to deliver for patients.</p><p></p><p><b>(Senior) Quality Assurance Advisor (m/f/d)</b></p><p></p><p>(Senior) Quality Assurance Advisor provides support in the implementation and maintenance of an effective and efficient quality assurance systems and performs the day-to-day work to ensure that the quality processes are performed in a lean and efficient way and meet the compliance standards of the GSK QMS and the EU/local regulations.</p><p>The Senior Quality Assurance Advisor provides an independent work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the local QMS processes, e.g., for SOP Management.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Fixed-term contract: until</span></b> <b>June </b><b>30, 2026</b></p><p><b>Part-time: 18,75 h per week </b></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Support in implementation and maintenance of effective Quality Assurance systems to ensure that local operations are in full compliance with GSK standards and policies, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and regulatory requirements</li><li>Management and improvement of the local Quality SOP Management process as Subject Matter Expert (SME)</li><li>Support in the day-to-day work in Quality processes, e.g., Distribution Incident Management</li><li>Providing QA training to internal stakeholders, like Customer Service, new starters</li><li>Planning and management of regular internal events like yearly Quality Week, to present the work of Quality to internal stakeholders​</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></p><ul><li>Degree in a Science discipline<span> (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Several years of experience within the Pharmaceutical / Consumer Healthcare industries, preferably in the capacity of a senior quality specialist or a manager</span></li><li><span>Understanding of and experience in quality assurance systems</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP/GDP</span></li><li><span>Knowledge on effective quality documentation systems</span></li><li>Fluent in written and oral German and English</li></ul><p></p><p>Find out more: </p><p><a href="https://www.gsk.com/en-gb/investors/financial-reports/annual-report-2023/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Annual Report 2023</a></p><p><a href="https://www.gsk.com/en-gb/research-and-development/our-pipeline/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span>Product Pipeline</span></a></p><p>#EBDE</p><p><b>Why GSK? </b></p><p><b>Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. </b></p><p></p><p>GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organisation where people can thrive.
