The Opportunity

The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) will be at the forefront of shaping and driving the future of this prestigious institution. Reporting directly to the Head of School, the CAO will build on Rivers’ history of philanthropic success, leveraging an engaged community of alumni, families, and supporters.

This leader will guide the School’s advancement program, overseeing development, alumni engagement, and community relations. The CAO will also be instrumental in activating a bold new strategic plan and leading an ambitious capital campaign.
