The Relationship Manager will play a key role in onboarding new agents and ensuring their ongoing success by managing performance, providing support, and building long-term partnerships. While prior experience in a similar role is not required, agency ownership experience is crucial. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities agents face, with a passion for helping others thrive.
Pay Range: $70,000- $80,000 Per Year. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
Job Description
What you’ll do as a Relationship Manager:
- Onboard new agents, ensuring they understand our products, processes, and value propositions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents during their onboarding process and beyond.
- Monitor and manage agent performance, providing ongoing support to help them meet sales and service goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any agent issues or challenges.
- Analyze agent performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Develop and implement agent training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Attend industry events and participate in outreach efforts to recruit and onboard new agents.
Experience and Qualifications
What we look for in our Relationship Manager:
- Prior agency ownership experience (required).
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in working with agents.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Familiarity with auto insurance products and processes.
- Experience with agent management or performance tracking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
