Maintenance Technician

The Mary T. Family of Companies is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our residential group home locations in BROOKLYN CENTER, GOLDEN VALLEY,  MINNEAPOLIS, NEW HOPE, PLYMOUTH and RICHFIELD, MN. 

As a Maintenance Technician you will assess needs and work orders for proper responses at assigned homes, programs, and properties. You will follow up by fixing the problems through maintenance skills or outside resources when appropriate. Experience in the trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting is preferred. You will be given a company phone and company vehicle to use during your working hours. 

• $22-$25 per hour (DOQ)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (daytime hours) and on-call (usually every 9th week).

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Pass a criminal background and driving record check
